Long-Term Restoration Program for Women & Their Dependent Children
Esther House serves as a transitional, grace-based facility for women and/or women with children. A daily personal walk with Jesus Christ as savior is portrayed as the only basis for spiritual and emotional wholeness. This long-term program provides a Bible-based opportunity for ladies who have experienced various circumstances such as incarceration, abuse, homelessness, and emotional and spiritual wounds.
Esther House exists for two purposes:
- To present the love and life of Jesus Christ as the only way to spiritual and emotional wholeness.
- To assist residents in acquiring the educational and vocational skills necessary to becoming functioning members of society.
The staff at Esther House comes alongside women who desire to reclaim a life that has been ravaged by poor choices, rejection and shameful pain. Each resident will be required to contribute to the domestic responsibilities within the residence so that on her own, she will be able to maintain a home proficiently.
The Esther House program includes:
- Bible study and discipleship
- Life skills training
- Individual support and guidance
- Church attendance
